Pricing is extremely dependent on the type and scope of project, but the majority of our remodels and additions are priced on an “at cost plus” basis.
A cost-plus estimate is a pricing model where you, the client, agree to pay NLC the actual, verifiable costs of the project, plus a predetermined contractor fee. This type of estimate is used for projects where the scope is uncertain or likely to change (like remodels), as it allows for flexibility and transparency for both parties.
Please keep in mind that this means the final cost is not fixed, and could exceed (or in many cases, be lower than) the initial estimate.
